Returns Policy

Wright Road Farm accepts returns if:

  • Item arrives damaged or defective
  • Item is incorrect

Condition of Items
Returned items must meet these rules:

  • Unused
  • In original packaging

Perishable Goods
You do not accept returns for perishable items unless they arrive damaged or spoiled. Customers must provide proof within 24 hours of delivery.

Proof of Issue
You require:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
  • Short description of the issue

Return Process
Step 1: Customer contacts you with proof
Step 2: You review and confirm eligibility
Step 3: You provide return instructions if approved

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the item:

  • We issue a refund to the original payment method excluding original shipping cost
  • Processing time: 5 to 10 business days

If stock is available, you may offer a replacement instead of a refund.

Shipping Costs

  • If the item is faulty or incorrect, we cover return shipping
  • For any other approved return, the customer covers shipping

Non-Returnable Items
You do not accept returns for:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance products
  • Half eaten or used products
